Here David seems to be starting his rehearsal of what God has done in the past with Moses and the revelation of the law.

The obvious question that comes out of this is, “how does the statement reveal God’s justice?  How does it reveal his righteousness?”

Psalm 103:6

“The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed.” (ESV)

It isn’t clear if this is a summary of the previous verses or an introduction into what follows.  It is a great transitional statement because after rehearsing what we have to bless the LORD for, he states this great reason that is probably larger than the previous and then rehearses how this has been true in the past for others.… Read the rest
